Our Story

Born from a conviction that bagels deserve more attention.

Purple Bagel started with a simple frustration: nowhere in Jacksonville could we find a bagel that was truly worth the wait. Everything was mass-produced, frozen, and reheated. So we decided to do it differently.

Every batch is hand-rolled, cold-fermented for at least six hours, and boiled then baked on-site. Our coffee is small-batch and poured to order. The space on North Main was designed for people who want to sit, talk, and actually enjoy their morning.

We don't do drive-thru. We do done-right.
